a few hundred people a year will get a major kick out of spotting some very out of the way petroglyphs which will never suffer from traffic.

have you been on this route? it is no closer to rock art then ,pink flamingo,Anasazi ,the price of evil, any route on the sparks wall, blue grandma, way Rambo wall,an on an on should those walls/routs be closed? ruins crack on battle of the bulge still has anchors an chalk all over it! that route is in a more sensitive zone then the chimney i put up that has no art at the start. an you cant even touch it if you wanted to as it is up 4ft an left of my anchors. that are black an brown. i wasn't looking to put up a route "by" some rock art.. but 120 feet up the only people gonna see this art are climbers? i don't see how i will be responsible for access issues? this climb is out of sight from the road till you top out, the hang at the base is in a cave.. we are all responsible for access issues in the creek....

By John Marek:@tenesmus Just because you enjoy the roped climbing doesn't mean you get to disagree with my comment about the chossy bouldering below v7. Even you describe the bouldering as choss in your photos. All I'm saying is, if you can't climb v7 then you should plan on rope climbing if you want to have a good time.
By Boissal: I've never touched a V7 and I've spent over a week bouldering at Ibex, having a blast the whole time. Maybe walk past the Red Monster?
Tenesmus' comment was tongue in cheek. Finding choss at Ibex isn't that easy. As far as disagreeing with comments, I guess I'm gonna need to apply for a permit...
By tenesmus: Actually, I get to do what I wanna do.
