no 20% chance means it only rains on the 20% of slc that i want to climb in


That also applies to southcentral (City/Castle) Idaho in the spring. 40% chance of rain means it will rain about 40% of the time in that 24 hour time period.....

Actually, I think it was sunny in West Valley most of the day. It was only the east side that got it.
