I agree with shaft, I'm pretty sure indian creek is going to be the next hueco. Think arg - if you get down there and start developing, you could be the next John Sherman.

I have seen stuff down there I'd definitely boulder

Ok, seriously - there are some huge boulders down there. Next time I go, I'll bring a pad for a rest day of scoping boulder problems. But if you're planning on going down there, make sure you go with someone who can put up a bunch of topropes for ya and do some crack. Going to indian creek to boulder would be like going to hueco to do routes.

Editted to add: Also seriously, get better at the internet. If you couldn't tell we were joking then, you're not going to make it very long.
