I for one, sure was thankful for the ASCA bolts at the top of the 2nd pitch of Western Grebe on the peeler. The old "L" shaped home made aircraft aluminum hangers originally at that belay SUCKED.

Let's just make sure the replacements only apply to what's already there as far as on-lead gear. Routes at times get "improved" in the name of rebolting. Re-spacing bolts on rap does an injustice to routes originally drilled on lead. Monkey knows what he's doing. Keep his bits sharp and his beer glass full.
