Not the ASCA. Note that the ASCA documents pretty much every bolt they replace on their website. Pretty cool list.

Backside of Window Rock. Won me a steak dinner bettin' a friend he couldn't onsite it around 20 years ago. He z clipped right before the crux, and, uhh, I didn't tell him. That steak din din was in the BAG when he did that. Too funny.

True I dont think glass ocean is my work.
The list for the wasatch has not been updated for a few years.
There are many more to add to the list. It should be updated this year.
shame on mike white for thinking cracks shouldn't be bolted in the first place and shame on him for calling it like it is and hurting my feelings.

I guess the last ASCA bolt I clipped was after we replaced the old bolt on Iron Cross in Ferguson...

When is the last time the ASCA sent me a check? (J/K) I have been doing bolt replacement around here for years... all out of my own pocket. Don't get me wrong though... most of what I have been doing has been out of my own motivation for safety in things I have been interested in. I also enjoy doing it!

A small, incomplete list includes:

The Serpent (bolt ladder leading to expanding flake)
Life by the Throat
The Lateral Fin
Iron Cross + a few other things in Ferguson.
Anchor replacement on towers scattered across the Colorado Plateau
Some of Paul Ross's route anchors on the Eastern Reef of the San Rafael.
And many new routes scattered all over Utah.

If I didn't have to work, I'd be out there doing it every day.

Thanks Mr. Monkey... I had a good time last time we went out and did some route work. I'd like to do more, and learn more of your tricks for pulling different kinds of old bolts. I learned a lot that day, and the tuning fork you gave me has definitely come in handy!

That is a great idea, it needs it badly, count me in. Email or call me with your schedule, and we can figure it out.

The past couple years I have recived about 6 e-mails asking for them to be replaced. I thought that thery were ok last time I climbed it but its been awhile.
So we should just take a look at it and see what needs to be done.
I think some of the hangers are loose and if we could upgrade the 3/8 to half inch then why not. They do see alot of falls.

Anybody else have any input??

P.S. The rebolting I do will be a SLCA/ASCA project from now on.
