Spam for an Austrailian photo company, interesting. User deleted - Sev you should have quoted him minus the spam link. Ultimate!

It's been a while... Time for a return to the Castle:

I apparently still can't read the topo. Turns out combining 3 pitches won't work and you have to improvise quality anchors...

Just kidding, I found a bolt nearby...

Not as big as the first one that fell out into my hand, but it looked like a nice hold growing out the side of the crack

One bigbro, 2 #6s, 4 #5s and 2 #4s and we crossed our finger that we had enough gear.

Voodoo Rooves was what we did. Good climb but unfortunately some of the anchors were really bad and the crack was too wide to back them up. BTW, Megamahedral on Minotaur tower only needs a single set of big cams and boy, what an amazing route!

Not that anyone but Shiho climbs at this pile of sand off this punter site. Best route in the park in the background.

We scoped voodoo last fall on a rainy day, and it looks fun. When did you guys climb it? I seem to recall looking at the 1st or 2nd pitch anchors, and thinking they weren't to bad looking. But that was also from a distance.
