Make your own, I'll come over and drink your beer and document the attempt with your camera...

An updated Provo report.....

Things are looking better than last week:

Stairway is in through five pitches. The fifth pitch column looks about typical (not super fat, not super thin). No ice touching down above p5.

Bridal Veil right is in, White Nightmare looks good. Bridal Veil left is sort of a disaster.

Down-canyon, Pipe Dream/Kitty Litter Wall is in, but the upper stuff is not. The standard climb is in though.

Up-canyon, the Fang looks good from the road. Also, to the left of the fang, there is a massive wall of ice that looks good and thick as well.

Finger of Fate is in about as "easy" of conditions as I've seen it. There must have been a slide in that gully, cause there is a TON of snow built up around the base of the climb. It looks really good right now.

Miller's Thriller also looks quite good. It's recovered nicely from the warm snap. There is ice above the crux pitch if you're into rambling up some additional WI3 (it was fun a few years ago).

Post Nasal Drip is still in mixed mode.

Crept in? Uhh, looks more like that bastard leapt right out in front as you were snapping the shot. Fuckin trees.

If there are trees anywhere near the "DONG," there is a much higher than average chance that there will be a battle. What did you do, boissal, burn down a forest in a previous life?

Funny that you mention that, I actually clipped an aspen on Wed and am now nursing a badly bruised shoulder. I swear it jumped in the way, there's no way I would just hit a tree while skiing "in control".
It might have been angry about all the scrub oak I've been tr, got trashing, bent both of my ski poles doing it...

There's no way. Nobody likes scrub oak. Even other trees hate it.

As we have learned from mosquitos, evolution does make mistakes. Scrub Oak is one of these

Scrub Oak makes you stronger. Especially with ski poles.
