Rumor has it... although there is absolutely nothing resembling a stance that could have served to plug in the crux bolt, it's in the middle of a real heinous sequence.
As for being hard, yeah, it's up there. About as heinous as the 1st pitch variation of Stifflers (same grade, equally brutal) or Astair but that one is mostly made of moss...

Rumor is true. FYI: It began to rain placing bolt 4 (standing on small cluster of chickenheads) and a forced retreat was necessary. Lowering off the drill which was only in about 1.5" made for an exciting solution. :mrgreen:

Fair enough, would saying " a cluster of black marks" be better? A lot of falls occurred getting that hole started....

Do you use those sky hooks or talon hooks or whatever they are called when you are bolting?
