There is no such thing. Just a bunch of argumentative beaters hoping to send the pink problem at the gym.

Yes!

Please understand that this is natural. Consider it our way of saying "hello and welcome". If you don't get flamed, chances are people are pretending you don't exist and it might be in your best interest to leave.

Here are a few rules of etiquette:
1. Don't take anything personal. If there were 10 rules this could be all 10. Don't be a tard and think everyone hates you, they don't.

2. If you are in the Bouldering forum understand that we aren't real rock climbers. We climb small rock-like objects and complain a lot. Its what we do, deal with it. We maintain this same philosophy about life and it is reflected in our posts.

3.. Real rock climbers post in the Routes forum. They are intelligent people who try hard. Respek.

4. If you choose to talk about the following topics be prepared to get completely plastered with ridicule:
- gym climbing
- grades
- buildering
- colorado

5. Don't believe a word grk says, unless it is in regards to route beta.

6. Gorilla is a big softy, no matter what he says to you. He is a German/Hawaiian, which means he can't control what comes out of his mouth, but he will hug later anyway.

7. Chances are if a girl posts here she climbs harder than you. Show the proper respect.

8. This is Shaft's house. He knows people.

9. I used to have the most posts and then gorilla didn't work for like 3 months and stole it from me. I'm still pissed about that.

10. Don't be a pussy and take things personal.

Just to remind the newbies. And we used to have a grundel of funny assholes on here. ahhhhh, 2008.

:-)

Number ten says two things: 1. Don't be a pussy. 2. Take things personally.

Just saying

Every pitch on this climb delivers delicious SPLITTERS!!!!!!!!!!!

blather, then
The headwall splitter is 25 ft of wavy .5s (if it were splitter this would be a 12 pitch)

So which is it?

I totally forgot about that. Almost trumps the should sling harness ascent of Babes in Thailand.

IF YOU WANT TO CLIMB DON'T JUST BUY GEAR AND GO CLIMBING, AND NOT AT NIGHT! GET PROPER INSTRUCTION.

Night climbing? Sounds super unfun. Better stay away from that

Fun police are in full force.

Dude! Pic #10 on your website! Are you free-soloing (or whatever you slack liners call it)?? You're nuts!

No, some of us can recognize a fragile desert summit. It didn't take a genius to figure that out. But hey, a camera comes out and you just GOTTTTTAAAA do it man! Poor choice on the slacklining community IMO. It makes you wonder if they didn't contribute in a small way of that thing toppling.

Thoughts? Soaking wet dude is more concerned about his jacket than whoever is on the other end of the rope. Tape gloves on Wall Street + Chacos/REI cargo pants combo = cranking the beater level to 11.

Clearly Greg D has a IQ=30 level of comprehension when it comes to rock porosity. It's nice to know that some people can stand up for their own stupidity with all the stubbornness of a fucking mule though...

Lol, I didn't see the sweet the ATC belay style til just now.

I was more thinking that I guess you could climb a sandstone overhang for a while when it first started raining, but I still stand by my comment "Why risk it?"

Anyway, I really like that climb and I use tape gloves....

And on that slackline thing, I never slackline so I forgot how much you need to crank on the strap to get it to be stiff enough to slackline on. I was thinking like Zoso, it's just body weight. I'm not sure how much you tension those things, but it's a lot more than human body weight.

Cheers,
