Re: Bouldering pics to keep you psyched...

This thread gets more homo-erotic as the days go on.

I think I'll bow out!

Good job Bheller, You flamed my boy on mountainproject then posted your action on this website with such remorse and regret. Why not apologize on the website you chumped him on? Hey Mr. Behller, I hope you know how to solo, because you'll need that skill if you keep traveling down this path. Wait a ...

Re: Little Cottonwood

Its a Hilti with a sheer strength way higher than ever gained by a tumbling slab fall. Meant for the desert...used in LCC. If anybody is handing out bolts, please let me know i would rather spend my money on post climbing entertainment.

Re: The LCC Obscure Grade

I love how I can flash 5.10 in Yosemite, the Desert, or City of Rocks, yet get shutdown on the same grade in LCC. I once read graffitti at the VRG that stated "Check your ego at the car," I feel the same way about LCC. Some of the best and humbling climbing I've done. How bout these compar...

Those new BD small cams are pure junk. A boy scout effort by BD, but still not an advance upon Metolius. They clog in sandstone, and are harder to place in all rock mediums. Sorry, TDA p.s. The new single stem metolius suck also. Stick to the time-tested dual cable design of metolius for all your sm...

Check out the Cloister

If you are into O-DUBS, then go do the Cloister and post up a rating. I'm curious what others may think.

Cheers Eco-Ben! I've been wondering what happened to you. If you have first ascents in mind, I'm in. Hope the family is well. I'm really excited to return to C-Town and climb some of the routes. I'm really excited to go back with a power drill and finish some of my abandoned handrill projects. Thank...

I really hope that the newly bolted route isn't encroaching on the Widowmaker. That would be rad to have another good route at that crag. I'm going to lead the original Widomaker, and if I can clip any bolts from it, they'll be yanked. However, if I cannot reach the new bolts, then I will stand corr...

Hell yes that route needs the offending bolts removed! I realize that it may be very difficult to picture the route without the bolts guiding the way. That was the beauty of it, creativity while facing a really scary fall. Does anybody remember when rock climbing was viewed as risky and bold? Cedar ...

Its sad to see that the route to the right of Faceplant was bolted. This route was first climbed by Pete Vanslooten, without bolts, and was named Widowmaker. Although a short route, it remains one of the most memorable leads I've done in that canyon. I remember backing off and driving down the canyo...
