The line right of ATF was done by John Steiger this summer. A friend says the climbing gets better the higher you go with a wild stemming section and steeper climbing.
Supposed to be in the low .12 range?

The headwall splitter is 25 ft of wavy .5s (if it were splitter this would be a 12 pitch)
I think it would have been cool to climb this without the bolt. Would have been heady and awesome.
Try it and report back. Skipping the bolt isn't too hard to do... Much harder than just talking about it though.
I'm pretty sure I contracted a novel lung condition while cleaning the line. Hopefully it gets repeated before the lichen comes back with a vengeance. Adding a stiff wire brush to the rack might be helpful. Hopefully you enjoy your meal!
Do you mean the person that sits at home and is critical of volunteers performing much needed trail work on a heavily used, unmaintained trail, or the person that points out that the original poster is being a dick?
Why don't you go up there and see what was done before offering up your option?
