this would cut off the current easiest access to the quartzite cliffs along parleys canyon, and those are nice for a pump - especially since i can walk there from my house.

i'm not sure - they don't get in to many specifics about what will be closed or not. i'm sure the limestone cliffbands high on grandeur would be totally closed, and you might be able to access parley's from that old road. i'd rather not find out though - i like the trails on grandeur for really hard...
