Free! Skidder Bosch Hammer Drill set-up

This drill does not have the proper batteries-it comes with two batteries that have to be connected together to make it go.

LOST: Frolicking Frog Pull Toy

My son left his toy frog at Momentum-it's not in the lost and found. Has anyone seen it?

Matt was one of the first people I met when I moved to Salt Lake in 1998. Besides being incredibly talented, he is also one of the most positive, supportive people I've ever climbed with. He and Brooke (who does a fantastic job cutting my hair) are both wonderful folks. My heart goes out to them.

SLC Quarry?

Did the Quarry ever open a climbing gym in Salt Lake? Is it supposed to anytime soon? Where? Just curious.

Dean apologizes...sort of

I still think he's an arrogant SOB. I particularly like that he still claims to have climbed the arch "in the highest and purest way" even though he toproped it first.

Somewhere the regs must define rock climbing, and it doesn't cover bouldering or soloing. They're not going to prosecute him. Bummer. See the latest Tribune article.

I think he's an ass! It would be great if he just went and did it, but making a PR stunt over it is LAME! He's trying to get a fatter paycheck from Patagonia, while the Park Service gets pissed about climbers. Some climbing 'ambassador' he is!

Answering my own question, we went down to AF on Sunday, but couldn't park for Red Corners/Hideaway. Tons of snow plowed to the side of the road. The parking lot for the Escape buttress is plowed, and the grid wall at the Billboard is climbable, but not perfect. A few moist pockets. The cave was ful...
